When I originally placed the order the system glitched during the checkout process which accidentally made two orders and by the time I realized I tried to reach out to the supplier to cancel but the order was already shipped. Once I received both orders I reached out to the supplier and explained how I ended up not needing either so I sent them both back but ONLY received a refund of one of the orders. I’ve messaged them back several times regarding my other refund and bring straight ignored! They’re refusing to refund my other order!
