This shade does not exist at this shop. I was sent either “Rust” or their lighter shade of “Burnt Orange,” both of which have separate shop listings. I reached out to customer service, where I was asked to provide info that I had already provided multiple times. I was told that I would have to pay for shipping on an exchange even though I did not make any errors. When I asked to confirm that I was sent the wrong fabric, I learned they only have one burnt orange velvet (the one I received). This fabric mattered to me because I am making something sentimental that needed this dark shade of burnt orange and I can’t find it anywhere. The shop needs to update its listings.

I had to get this for bridesmaids alterations last minute and its good quality and looks very similar to the better dresses. It was delivered in around 4 days, which was so much faster than other options I had found.
