The item arrived on time with my second order, and I appreciate the prompt shipping. However, my overall experience was disappointing. I initially ordered this item and never received it. When I reached out for help, I didn’t receive the support I expected from customer service. I was simply redirected back and forth between the seller and Etsy support, with no real resolution. I ended up having to place a second order—this time sending it to my sister’s address—to ensure I received it, because I needed the fabric urgently to finish sewing for a client. It’s frustrating that I had to spend more money just to complete a project, all because no one took proper responsibility for the first lost order. I would have appreciated better support and a refund for the item I never received.

My order was delivered to the wrong address, and when I reached out for support, I was extremely disappointed with the response. The seller redirected me to Etsy customer service, who then sent me back to the seller—creating a frustrating cycle with no resolution. It felt as though no one believed me when I said I didn’t receive the item, which was very upsetting. To prove I wasn’t being dishonest, I even went back and placed another (larger) order with them. But I still feel that I deserve a refund for the item I never received. Since I didn’t get any real support, I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank.
