Our White and Black Hard Net Crinoline Fabric is also commonly known as Petticoat Netting. Traditionally this fabric is used to give volume to the dress.

Condition: Brand New
Fabric width is 54" Wide.
Fabric Content is 100% Polyester
Sheer or Solid: Sheer
Quality Hand Feel: Medium stiffness. This is not super stiff.
Wash Instructions: Machine Washable.

Fabric is sold by the Yard as 54" Wide x 1 Yard Intervals - We strive to cut one piece and full Lengths but can not guarantee Full Pieces as yardage increases. Color and Dye Lot Variations occur when reordering.

The item arrived on time with my second order, and I appreciate the prompt shipping. However, my overall experience was disappointing. I initially ordered this item and never received it. When I reached out for help, I didn’t receive the support I expected from customer service. I was simply redirected back and forth between the seller and Etsy support, with no real resolution. I ended up having to place a second order—this time sending it to my sister’s address—to ensure I received it, because I needed the fabric urgently to finish sewing for a client. It’s frustrating that I had to spend more money just to complete a project, all because no one took proper responsibility for the first lost order. I would have appreciated better support and a refund for the item I never received.

My order was delivered to the wrong address, and when I reached out for support, I was extremely disappointed with the response. The seller redirected me to Etsy customer service, who then sent me back to the seller—creating a frustrating cycle with no resolution. It felt as though no one believed me when I said I didn’t receive the item, which was very upsetting. To prove I wasn’t being dishonest, I even went back and placed another (larger) order with them. But I still feel that I deserve a refund for the item I never received. Since I didn’t get any real support, I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank.
