First the item never shipped. I reached out multiple days past the expected delivery date, and they gave a vague excuse about a lost package (UPS says they never received it) then finally shipped the next day. When I received the fabric, it was clearly the wrong product. When I reached out to the seller about this, they agreed it was the wrong color and said they would "check to see if the fabric was in stock," and ship a replacement. They then completely ghosted me and never shipped anything new or responded to my checkins for updates. I submitted a case with Etsy, who issued a refund, and the seller finally messaged me again asking me to ship them the wrong fabric they sent me back at my own cost. Extremely disappointing. The fabric I did receive was in great shape but two weeks late and the completely wrong color.
