Beautiful velvet fabric. I ordered 5 different samples before I found the color I was looking for. This seller had photo that showed the true color. Important when buying fabric.

The actual fabric is decent quality but not the best. My low rating is because the customer service is terrible. My item arrived after the intended date and the seller would not do anything to compensate me even though the etsy policy says otherwise. They never even gave me an update that my package would not arrive in time. I explained that I myself have a business and know that if the estimated delivery date is not met, it is my responsibility to make things right if the customer has a problem. They spoke to me very unprofessionally, saying I should know better as a business owner and they insisted on not helping me. Ultimately I had to speak to an Etsy agent who compensated me after verifying that my item did not arrive when it was supposed to. I would not give my money to this company, there’s better fabric elsewhere.

I only gave three stars as the color is not the same in the pictures as what comes. It was definitely more olive/light than a darker olive. However, the customer service was great - I returned it without issue. Would still buy from them again!
